The MDA Ride for Life raised over $45,000 bringing the 2010 total

to $77,000 raised by CCH-D and our great customers! 

The mission of Cycle Connection Harley-Davidson® is to support the communities we service in our Four-State Area. We reach out to help support various different charitable organizations and fundraisers through events and activities we conduct at Cycle Connection.

Due to the large number of charitable requests we receive, we have formed a Community Impact Committee (CIC) that meets quarterly to review these requests.


To Make a Request

    1. Please download and fill out the Donation Request Form.

After you have completed this form, fax it back to us at 877-752-1043, Attn: Charitable Donations
or email it to nhutson@joplinhd.com with any other information, flyers, or brochures.

PLEASE NOTE: This form must accompany any and all other information or the request will not be considered.

    2. The request must be made 90 days in advance of your scheduled event or gathering to be considered.

    3. The CIC will meet quarterly to review these requests. If your information is not received in a timely manner, we will not be able to make a donation to your event at this time.

    4. Cycle Connection Harley-Davidson® has budgeted $4,000 per quarter for the CIC to use at their discretion.

        Two-thirds (2/3) of this amount will be funded toward events and groups that are raising funds for charity or not-for-profit organizations who hold an active 501 (c) (3) status. This 501 (c) (3) letter must accompany the request for approval.

        One-third (1/3) of this amount will be funded toward events and groups that are considered enrichment activities, i.e. project graduation, school fundraisers, etc. 

    5. The Donation Request Form will only be considered if it is a “local” group, organization or activity. “Local” is defined as any request originating within 50 miles of zip code 64804 which is set forth as the market for Cycle Connection Harley-Davidson®

    6. All decisions will be made by the CIC and based on the Donation Request Form information and any other attachments to said form. The CIC will notify the contact person for each form by written letter within five (5) days of the conclusion of the quarterly meeting.
